To others, they are successful, but when they ask themselves, they would describe it as 'unfulfilled'. They feel lonely, frustrated and humbled. Without addressing their chronic uncertainty, they lack coherence, leading to a decline in motivation and a plateau in performance as leaders.
By providing a trusting space to discuss themselves and what matters most to them with the same importance as they do their role or organization, they partner with me to co-create a new dynamic operating model in themselves and the systems where they lead, becoming even more effective leaders at work and in life.
